If a Customer wishes to return a product purchased via our website www.battlertea.com, we will accept the return and process a refund subject to the following conditions:

1. The product is returned in a resaleable condition.

2. The request for return is due to reasonable and justifiable causes.

3. The product is returned within a reasonable time frame, and no later than twenty-eight (28) days from the date of lodging the complaint with the Company.

4. The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

Upon receipt of the returned product and confirmation that it meets the above conditions, the Company will process the refund to the original payment method.

In cases of incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods, the original delivery charge will also be refunded.
